How to Become a Client

• Submit an Inquiry: Complete the inquiry form to let us know about your pet care needs.

• Service Area Confirmation: We’ll confirm that your location falls within our service area, which includes South Bend, Mishawaka, Osceola, and Granger.

• Personalized Follow-Up: Our team will contact you to discuss your specific requirements and provide more information about our services.

• Onboarding Made Easy: Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll onboard you into our system using Time To Pet, a top-of-the-line pet sitting app for seamless scheduling and communication. You’ll also receive a welcome email with detailed instructions on setting up your account and using the app.

• Meet & Greet: We’ll schedule a meet & greet to meet you and your pets, review your care instructions, and answer any questions, ensuring everything is personalized to your needs.

• Start Scheduling Services: After the meet & greet, you’ll be ready to book services and enjoy reliable, stress-free pet care!
